Sweet Stems offers same-day delivery of chocolate bouquets in  Hoppers Crossing, Altona, Cairnlea, Caroline Springs, Deer Park, Derrimut, Manor  Lakes, Point Cook, Ravenhall, Tarneit, Truganina, Werribee, Williams Landing and Wyndham Vale. Orders must be placed before 10:00 amto secure same-day delivery.

We have candy and chocolate bouquet for every occasion, from birthdays, baby showers and anniversaries to Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter  and Valentine’s Day.

Our range includes premium quality chocolates from all the best brands, including Lindt, Ferrero, Baci, Mars, Cadbury, and Toblerone. We have Freddo Frogs for the kids, Tim Tams for kids at heart and plenty of goodies for everyone in between.

Delivery Information

We can also deliver your chocolate bouquet to Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and Hobart – but please note that we’re unable to offer same-day delivery in these cities. See our Delivery page for more details and conditions.

Sweet Stem chocolate flowers and other bouquets are only delivered on business days, so orders made on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following business day.
